Erim Giresunlu is a director, filmmaker, and composer working at the intersection of visual storytelling and music. With a background in directing and screenwriting from the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM), he has built an international career spanning narrative filmmaking, science communication, and cinematic composition.
His work has been presented at renowned venues including the Cannes Film Festival, Museum of Modern Art New York, and festivals throughout Europe. His short film "Doppelzimmer" received the Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau Foundation Short Film Award in 2008, and he was nominated for Best Short Film at the Max Ophüls Prize.

His compositions have been featured in major production music catalogues including Silverback (a GIANT APES sub-catalogue), with tracks appearing on albums such as "Finis Mundi," "Infinite Realms," and "Entropy." His work combines orchestral and electronic elements for trailers and dramatic media.
